Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kitte app. They are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by legal counsel before release.

By using Kitte, you agree to these terms.

Using Kitte

Kitte lets you turn photos into stamps and organise them into a personal collection, calendar, map and boards, and to send stamps to other people using Owl Post.

You are responsible for the content you add and for having the rights to any photos you use.

Your content

You keep all rights to the photos and stamps you create. Kitte stores them on your device and, if you enable iCloud Sync & Backup with Kitte Pro, in your own private iCloud database. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Owl Post

If you claim a handle, you agree not to impersonate another person and not to choose a handle or display name that is unlawful or abusive. We may reclaim a handle that breaches this.

You are responsible for the stamps and messages you send. Only send stamps to people who want to receive them.

Kitte Pro subscription

Kitte Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and, where available, a one-time lifetime purchase.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • Prices and available plans are shown in-app before you purchase.

Free and Pro limits

Free and Pro tiers differ in limits — for example the number of stamps, folders or boards — and in the styles available. These limits may change over time.

Content you have already created stays readable if you stop subscribing.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kitte to store or share unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.

Disclaimer

Kitte is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from your use of the app.

Please keep your own backups of important photos.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Kitte evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
